How to read the table. Each night is one number: the lowest rate among the room types Disney priced for a one-night stay for two adults, before tax, at our latest nightly check of that night. “Median” is the middle of those numbers across the month’s nights that had a room. “Fri–Sat” compares the median Friday and Saturday night with the median of the other nights. “Sold out” counts nights where our latest look found no room at all; “came back” counts nights we saw sold out and later saw with a room. Resorts are listed from priciest to cheapest median.

An average across resorts of different classes moves when the mix of priced resorts changes, so read a night against its neighbours, not against another month. The resort pages carry each night for one resort.

Where these numbers come from
Once a night we ask Disney’s booking site the same question for 14 resort hotels: one night, two adults, for a fixed set of check-in dates from 3 to 120 days out. Each answer lists the room types with a room and the average nightly rate for each, before tax. We keep the lowest of those rates as that night’s number for that resort, and we record whether any room was offered at all. A month of stay collects those numbers for every check-in night in it. While the month is ahead, each night’s number is from our latest look and moves as Disney’s prices move; once the month has ended, every night has had its last look. Alert checks for our users’ own stays are not counted, so every number compares like with like.
These are our own records of what Disney’s site showed our check. They are not Disney’s figures, not live availability, and not a quote for your stay: Disney prices a stay as a whole, discounts and room types differ, and a rate can change between two of our looks. Any look younger than six hours is left out. The 14 resort hotels we price are Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Wilderness Lodge, Disney's Beach Club Resort, Disney's Art of Animation Resort, The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, Disney's Riviera Resort, Disney's Yacht Club Resort, Disney's BoardWalk Inn, Disneyland Hotel, Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Pixar Place Hotel.

We check several times an hour, day and night, and email you as soon as a check finds one. You book it yourself in your own Disney account. We never ask for your Disney login and never hold a room.
