Disney World dining reservation calculator: when can I book?

Each Walt Disney World dining date opens for booking 60 days before that date, at about 6:00 AM Eastern. The date that opened this morning was Monday, November 30, 2026. That is the earliest most guests can book a table, not a limit on planning your trip. Staying at a Disney Resort hotel? You can book dining for every day of your stay, up to a 10-night stay, on the morning your check-in date is 60 days away. The last days of a long trip open up to about 70 days ahead. Hotel rooms are sold much further out: in our check on Thursday, October 1, 2026, Disney was selling them for arrivals through about Saturday, October 30, 2027.

Enter a dining or event date below to see the day it opens, the usual opening time in your own time zone, and a calendar reminder if it is not open yet. For hotels, we show whether Disney is taking bookings for your check-in yet. See what time Disney World dining opens and how far ahead you can book.

Dining60 days before each date, at about 6:00 AM Eastern online (7:00 AM by phone). This is the earliest most guests can book, not a limit on planning your trip.Disney says about 6:00 AM. Planners report some tables a few minutes early, so be signed in by 5:45 AM. A few tables, such as Space 220 Lounge, are usually gone on the morning their date opens. Tables come back when people cancel. At most table-service restaurants, cancelling is free until 2 hours before. Dinner shows, dessert parties and some premium restaurants need more notice.

Resort hotel roomsIn our check on Thursday, October 1, 2026, Disney was selling rooms for arrivals through about Saturday, October 30, 2027. That is more than a year ahead. We check every morning. Disney releases hotel dates in blocks, so this date jumps forward when a new block goes on sale.Sold-out rooms come back when guests cancel. Packages must be paid in full 30 days before arrival. Room-only stays must be cancelled at least 8 days before check-in for a full refund. Once our hotel alerts have caught at least 30 reopened rooms over 30 days, we publish the patterns on our hotel alerts page. See sold-out rooms by resort.

We do not publish measured opening-time numbers on this page yet. The 60-day rule and the 6:00 AM time come from Disney’s FAQs. The early tables around 5:45 are what planners commonly report. The hotel dates are our own daily check, unofficial, and show the date of the last check.

Set the alert before the window opens

For restaurants and events, you can set an alert for any date up to 180 days away. It shows as Scheduled until Disney opens the date, 60 days before, and we start checking that morning. Disney World hotel guests can book their stay’s later dates up to 10 days sooner, so book those yourself on your check-in date’s opening morning. Hotel alerts start checking right away.

We check around the clock. Dates in the next 2 days are checked every few minutes, day and night. Dates further out are checked less often, and some of them less often still at night. When we see an opening, we email you. With a Trip Pass, we can text you too. You book it in your own Disney account. We never ask for your Disney login and we never hold or book anything. An alert is not a reservation.

3 free alerts at a time, up to 2 of them restaurants. Each restaurant or event alert covers one date, and a hotel alert covers one stay. A $24 one-time Trip Pass gives you up to 12 alerts at a time, up to 7 days in a row on each dining or event alert, and 90 days of checking. Nothing renews.
