MagicFinders partner program: $8 per Trip Pass
Independent and unofficial · last updated 2026-09-02 · hello@magicfinders.com
If you help people plan Disney trips, through a blog, newsletter, channel or travel agency, you can apply for a code that is yours. Once codes are live, your readers get $4 off a MagicFinders Trip Pass with it, and we pay you $8 for every Trip Pass bought with your code. We pay once a month, by PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. No minimum, no tiers, no tracking links. Your code is how we know a sale came from you.
The Trip Pass is a one-time $24 payment: 12 alerts at a time, of any kind, date ranges up to 7 days, and 90 days of checking. Nothing renews. Once partner codes are live, your readers pay $20 with your code. Free email alerts need no code: up to 3 at a time, up to 2 of them restaurants. Each restaurant or event alert covers one date. We watch, they book. MagicFinders never holds or sells reservations, and never asks for anyone’s Disney login.
Partner codes do not work at checkout yet. Apply now, and we will email you when your code is live.
Who is this for?
Anyone whose audience is planning a Walt Disney World or Disneyland trip and would rather not refresh the app at 6 AM: planning blogs and newsletters, YouTube and TikTok creators, podcasters, Facebook-group and Discord organisers, and travel agents who specialise in Disney. There is no minimum audience.
It is not for coupon aggregators, cash-back extensions or paid-search arbitrage. Codes found on those sites are switched off.
What do you get?
- $8 per Trip Pass sold with your code. That is a third of the $24 list price, and 40% of the $20 your reader pays. It is the same for everyone, and it does not step down as you send more.
- Paid monthly. We pay once a month, in the first week of the next month, by PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. You choose which. No minimum: one pass in a month is an $8 payment.
- A statement with each payment: passes sold with your code that month, and any refunds. A pass that is refunded, charged back or ended by us (for example, for abuse of the service) does not pay. If we already paid you for it, we take $8 off your next payment.
- Your own code. We make it from your name plus a few digits: six to ten letters and numbers. It never contains the Disney words on our block list, such as Disney, Mickey or Epcot.
What do your readers get?
$4 off the Trip Pass, once codes are live. They type your code in the promotion-code box on the payment page (Stripe’s secure Checkout) and pay $20 instead of $24. Nothing else changes. It is the same pass, with the same 90 days of checking. Free email alerts don’t need a code at all, and you are welcome to send people to those too. A reader who starts free can use your code later, when they buy a pass.
How does it work?
You apply below. We read every application. If it fits, we email you your code, usually within a few days. Your code starts working at checkout when the program opens. It fits if your readers are planning Disney trips and you are not a coupon or cash-back site. You mention MagicFinders wherever it helps your readers: a line in your planning post, a slide in your video, a note to your clients. Include your code, and say that you earn from it. Each month you get a statement and a payment for the passes sold with your code the month before. There is nothing to install and no dashboard to check. If you want to know how it is going, email us and we’ll tell you.
What can you link to?
Pages your readers can use on their own, with or without a pass:
- When do Disney reservations open? A calculator for the day a dining date opens.
- Disney hotel room alerts, for a sold-out resort room.
- Disney alert tools compared, including the ones that are not us.
- The Trip Pass, with the full details.
The rules
- Say that you earn from it. FTC rules require you to disclose that you earn from a mention. Make the disclosure hard to miss, and put it with the mention itself. (“I earn a referral fee if you buy a Trip Pass with my code” is fine.) If a mention has no disclosure, we may hold back payment for passes we believe came from it. If it happens again, we pause your code.
- No paid search on our name. Don’t bid on “MagicFinders” or misspellings of it, and don’t run ads that look like they are from us.
- No Disney marks in your MagicFinders promotion. Say “Disney World” and “Disneyland” to name the places, as we do. Don’t put Disney logos, characters or artwork on anything that promotes us. We are independent and unofficial.
- Tell the truth about what we do. We check around the clock, and more often as a date gets closer: every few minutes in the last two days before it, and less often for dates further out. When a check finds an opening, we email right away. We never hold, book or sell reservations, and an alert is not a reservation. Please don’t promise anything more.
- Your code is for your audience. No coupon sites, no cash-back extensions, no buying passes with your own code.
- We can pause a code or end the program at any time (we will pay what is owed through that day). You can leave at any time too. Just tell us.

A few lines is plenty. We reply by email, usually within a few days.
Questions people ask
Why a flat $8 and not a percentage?
Because there is one thing to sell and it has one price. A flat number is easy to check on your statement, and it is the same on the first pass and the thousandth.
Do I need a minimum audience?
No. If your readers are planning Disney trips, apply.
Is there a cookie window or a link to track?
No. Your code is the only thing that credits a sale to you. Once the program is open, a Trip Pass bought with your code counts whenever it is bought, as long as your code is active. We do not use tracking links or cookies to credit partners. On a first visit from another site, or from a link with campaign tags, we keep a note in one first-party cookie of where the visitor came from: the site name and any campaign tags, not the full address. The cookie lasts 90 days, and the note is copied to the account at signup. It never decides a payment. Public pages have no ads and no third-party scripts.
What if a reader gets a refund?
Trip Passes are non-refundable except where the law requires, as our Terms say. A pass that is refunded, charged back or ended by us (for example, for abuse of the service) does not pay. If we already paid you for it, we take $8 off your next payment.
Can I promote the free alerts instead?
Please do. Email alerts are free: up to 3 at a time, 2 of them restaurants. Each restaurant or event alert covers one date. That covers a few must-do meals. For more places or a range of dates, there is the Trip Pass. Your code only applies to the pass, but a reader who starts free and buys later can still use it then.
Who is behind this?
A solo founder who plans their own Disney trips and built the alert they wanted. See About. MagicFinders is a small, independent US company with no outside investors, no ads and no data sales. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company.
