2

We keep checking

Cancelled tables can go in minutes. We check more often as your date gets closer: every few minutes in the last few days, and less often for dates that are weeks away.

You’re in

Sample alert, not a real opening

Free to start. One pass for a whole trip.

Every alert is checked the same way: we watch, you book on Disney. The plans differ in how many alerts you can run at once, how many dates each one covers, and whether we also text you. A Trip Pass covers 90 days of checking.

  • 12 alerts at a time, any mix: a table every night, the dessert party, the room.
  • Up to 7 dates in a row on one dining or event alert. “Any night Oct 12 to 18 at Cinderella’s Royal Table” is one alert, not seven.
  • Your 90 days start on the first day we can check one of your alerts. For a hotel room, or a restaurant or event date that is already open, that is today. Otherwise it is the morning Disney opens the date, 60 days before it.
  • Pay once, on Stripe. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. When your pass ends, the alerts you set during it keep checking until their dates pass. New alerts follow the Free limits.

Which one? If your trip has one table you can’t miss, Free is enough. If you’re trying to line up most of a week, the pass is built for that. Either way we never book or hold anything, and never ask for your Disney password.

Questions

Do you need my Disney login?

No. Never. We never ask for, see or store your Disney login. We watch for openings and send you to Disney to book, in your own account.

Do you book it for me?

No. We only send the alert. You book on Disney's site or app yourself, and we never ask for your Disney login.

How fast do openings go?

Popular tables can go in minutes. We email you as soon as we see one, so book right away. We check around the clock, and more often as your date gets closer. The button in the alert opens Disney's booking page. Sign in at disneyworld.com or disneyland.com on your phone ahead of time, so you can book in a few taps. An alert is not a guarantee.

How many emails will I get?

A sign-in link each time you sign in, and a receipt if you buy a pass. Otherwise we email you about your alerts and your plan: when something you asked for opens, a heads-up the day before Disney opens a Scheduled restaurant date, a note if your plan changes, and a tip to look on Disney yourself if we cannot check a park for a while. No newsletter.

What does it cost?

Email alerts are free: up to 3 at a time, and up to 2 of them can be restaurants. Each restaurant or event alert covers one date. A hotel alert covers one stay. A Trip Pass is one payment. You get up to 12 alerts at a time, of any kind, with up to 7 days in a row on each dining or event alert, and 90 days of checking, counted from your first check. Nothing renews. The two plans are side by side under Plans. The Trip Pass page has the full details.

When do reservations open, and can I set an alert before that?

Each Walt Disney World dining date opens 60 days before that date, at about 6:00 AM Eastern. Staying at a Disney Resort hotel? You can book dining for your whole stay, up to a 10-night stay, starting 60 days before check-in. Disneyland dining opens 60 days ahead. Disney gives no time, and in our checks new dates usually appeared a few minutes after 6:00 AM Pacific. Hotel rooms are sold many months ahead. Our booking calculator shows the dates. For restaurants and events, you can set an alert for any date up to 180 days away. It shows as Scheduled until Disney opens the date, and we start checking that morning. Hotel alerts start checking right away. Tables also come back when people cancel. At most table-service restaurants, cancelling is free until 2 hours before, so many come back in the last day or two. Dinner shows, dessert parties and some premium restaurants need more notice. Keep alerts on right through your trip.

Which parks?

Walt Disney World: restaurants that take reservations in all four theme parks, Disney Springs and the resort hotels, plus dining events and resort hotel rooms. Disneyland Resort: restaurants in both parks, Downtown Disney and the hotels, plus dining events and hotel rooms.
