Be Our Guest reservations: how hard is it to get a table?

Short answer

Usually available in our checks. Of the 43 dates our checks looked at in the last 30 days, 100% had a table at Be Our Guest Restaurant at some point. A table came back 1 time where our previous check had found none. That makes it 92nd hardest of the 99 Walt Disney World restaurants with a number.

These are our own records of what Disney’s dining site showed our checks, at least six hours old. They are not live availability. A free alert watches your date and emails you when a check finds a table.

In the last 30 days at a glance

100% of the 43 dates we checked had a table at some point (43 of 43)
1 time a table became bookable after a check that found none, or an alert found one

A date counts as having a table if any of our checks of it found one, even if the next check found none. We check a spread of dates, not every date, so read this as the pattern, not a promise about yours.

Where the tables were

The same share of dates with a table, split three ways. A split shows a figure only where we hold at least 30 checks, so a thin slice never reads as a percentage.

By day of the week
Monday to Friday 28 of 28 dates100%
Saturday and Sunday 15 of 15 dates100%
By how far ahead we looked
0 to 2 days ahead 5 of 5 datescollecting
3 to 7 days ahead 17 of 17 dates100%
8 to 14 days ahead 11 of 11 dates100%
15 to 30 days ahead 18 of 18 dates100%
31 to 60 days ahead 10 of 10 dates100%

How to read this. “By how far ahead we looked” groups our checks by the number of days between the check and the reservation date, so a higher share close in means tables were showing up as the date approached, which is what an alert catches. “By party size” is the party we asked Disney for; a table for two can show where a table for four does not. Each slice counts its own dates, so the slices do not add up to the total above.

How to get a Be Our Guest reservation

Disney World dining reservations open 60 days before each date, at about 6:00 AM Eastern online and 7:00 AM by phone. Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel can book their whole stay, up to 10 nights, from 60 days before check-in. After the opening morning, tables come back when other guests cancel or change plans. At most Disney World restaurants a reservation can be cancelled free until 2 hours before, or costs $10 per person, so many cancellations land close to the date. That is why a table can appear a day or two before the date, and why watching a date pays.

A free alert does the watching. Tell us the restaurant, date and party size. We check around the clock, starting the morning 60 days before your date. Dates in the next 2 days are checked every few minutes, day and night. Later dates are checked less often, some of them less often still at night, and less often still when our checks are busy. When a check finds an opening, we email you right away. You book it yourself in your own Disney account. We never ask for your Disney login and never hold a reservation.

Where these numbers come from

We check each dining alert on Disney’s booking site around the clock. Dates in the next 2 days are checked every few minutes. Dates further out are checked less often. Around the clock we also record reads of the whole park, one date at a time, so a restaurant gets measured even when nobody has an alert on it; those reads ask for a party of 2. Each read records, for every restaurant, whether a table was bookable on that date. Our count of sold-out dates at Walt Disney World restaurants starts on September 3, 2026: before that a restaurant with no table was not written down, so older figures are not shown. The figures on this page count those records in the last 30 days. They are our own records of what Disney’s booking site showed. They are not figures from Disney and not live availability. A table that opened and was booked again between two of our checks is not counted, and a look younger than six hours is left out.
